Brandy-Wiltermuth-medical-director
Medical Director

Brandy Wiltermuth – ARNP

I have worked in weight and metabolic disease management for more than 15 years. I earned my master’s degree in nursing in 2004 from St. Scholastica in Minnesota. Since 2004 I have been working to prevent and reverse cardio- metabolic diseases related to lifestyle choices. “Food is medicine” guides my philosophy of care. Sharing knowledge and power of low carb living is my passion. I enjoy the partnerships that develop between myself and my patients. When I am not at work, I enjoy gardening, urban farming, snowboarding, cooking delicious keto dishes and a good horror flick.
Marlene Sexton LMFT
Director Of Behavioral Therapy

Marlene Sexton – LMFT

I’m a licensed marriage and family therapist, practicing for 24 years. The last 10 years I have focused on weight management. Experience has taught me that sustainable weight loss affects more than the scale and requires a lifestyle change. Together, my patients and I explore such issues as self-care, priority management, assertiveness, and relationship changes.

Off hours include hiking, entertaining friends, and boating. But, assisting people in reaching their goals and discovering their best selves remains a passion of mine and I am proud to be part of the ThreeHealth team!

Alexis Morales
Operations Manager

Alexis Morales – CMA. CHC

I am a certified medical assistant, working in medical weight loss for the past 8 years. I am also a Certified Metabolic Health Coach with a focus on lowcarb and ketogenic nutrition. From personal experience of weight loss grew my passion to help others. Continued work in obesity medicine and health coaching has effectively helped me sustain my weight loss and given me the opportunity to share, teach and learn alongside my patients.

When I’m not on the clock, I enjoy motocross, digital design, painting and reading. Brandy Wiltermuth and I also host a podcast called “For Fats Sake.” It continues to be a fun and creative way to talk about my passion to help others on their journey to better health.
