    Between the nausea and constipation from Ozempic, I was miserable. Brandy recommended this to me and it 100% allowed me to continue with the program.     You need this stuff! I’m on Mounjaro, and my provider recommended this for my constipation and because I was so tired ALL THE TIME, he also thought the fiber would help. Within a week, I feel like myself again, energy is back, and I’m back to my normal. The scale seems to agree as well since it started moving again when I started FiberFix. Dissolves well and the taste is mild, no weird aftertaste. I would say actually pleasant compared some powders I’ve had over the years.
