Are there any hidden costs?

Medical and Behavioral visits billed to insurance are subject to your deductible, co-insurance, and individual policy. Your out-of-pocket cost varies depending on your individual coverage. We do our best to outline potential costs based on if you have met your deductible, have a co-insurance and/or copay.

Am I eligible?

Patients will need to meet certain criteria in order to receive a prescription.

  • No personal or family history of Medullary Thyroid Cancer or Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia Syndrome Type 2.
  • Must be >18 years old
  • Not pregnant or breast feeding

How does it work?

Emerge is designed to be more than just medication

  • Complete a Medical Evaluation with our Medical Provider
  • If medically appropriate, receive your medication.

Emerge has built a program that enables you to lose the weight and keep it off for good. No more yo-yo dieting. Make this program your last program.

Is Insurance required?

Emerge does not require insurance for our programs. However, pricing for our Self-Pay patients is $499/month for the first 3 months, then is reduced to $299/month.

Labs drawn may be billed to your insurance or you may opt for self-pay if that is your preference. Cost for self-pay Labs is $350.00

When billing insurance, our program cost is $299 a month for the initial 3 months, which covers services that cannot be billed to insurance. Then your monthly membership cost is reduced to $89/month.

Can I use my HSA/FSA card for payment?

Yes, you may use your FSA/HSA funds towards the cost of any medical services provided at ThreeHealth.
The full amount of your weight loss expenses is eligible for reimbursement. The amount reimbursed to you is dependent on your FSA/ HSA Plan.

How do I cancel my membership?

Our Programs require an initial 12 week commitment and may be paid in full or we offer Cherry Payment Plans.

After your first 12 weeks, you may transition to a month to month commitment with one of our continuation programs.
