  • 2 cups Mozzarella
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack
  • 1 tsp Minced Garlic
  • ¾ tsp Baking Powder
  • 3 each Eggs


  • Combine all the ingredients together in a bowl.
  • Pour batter into the waffle maker and cook to desired crispness.
