Chicken Crust Pizza

Prep Time 15 minutes
Cook Time 35 minutes
Calories 165 kcal


  • 1 lb Ground Chicken
  • ½ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • ½ cup Shredded mozzarella
  • 1 dash Salt and Pepper
  • 1 ½ tsp Chili Powder optional


  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  • Ina large bowl mix ground chicken, cheese and seasoning
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and press chicken mixture into even thin layer
  • Bake for 20 minutes
  • Remove from oven and top with desired toppings (red onion, bacon, cilantro, basil, etc. )
  • Bake an additional 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and brown.

Optional:  Prepare batches of “pizza crust” to freeze and cook at a later date. Individual sizes to pull out and add your favorite toppings.
